Booking, Package & Membership Terms

All Purchases

All package and membership purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchases may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied toward other services unless approved by Hearth & Sol Sauna Co.

Appointments are subject to availability.

Packages

Packages are purchased as prepaid sauna session credit. Package credit may be used toward eligible Hearth & Sol sauna sessions at the Chardon Studio or Mobile Experience.

Package credit expires 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused package credit is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

If package credit is applied toward a longer or higher-value session than the package was designed for, any remaining balance will be due at booking.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

The Rhythm Membership includes 8 sessions per billing cycle. The Momentum Membership includes 12 sessions per billing cycle. The Unlimited Membership includes ongoing monthly access, subject to availability and reasonable scheduling limits.

Membership sessions may be used toward Restore, Revitalize, or Reawaken sessions with no upgrade fee required.

Monthly sessions renew each billing cycle and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the loss of that session or credit.

For unlimited memberships or appointments not tied to a limited session credit, Hearth & Sol Sauna Co. reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.

Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or misuse of booking privileges may result in restricted booking access, required prepayment, membership review, or cancellation of membership access.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your session so we can stay on schedule for other guests.

If you arrive too late for your appointment to be completed safely or within the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and may be subject to the cancellation/no-show policy.

Unlimited Membership Fair Use

Unlimited Memberships are intended for consistent personal use by the active member only.

To allow fair access for all guests, unlimited memberships may be subject to reasonable scheduling limits, including limits on the number of future appointments booked at one time.

Hearth & Sol Sauna Co. reserves the right to review or limit booking access in cases of excessive missed appointments, repeated late cancellations, or use that interferes with availability for other guests.

Member-Only Booking

Member-only booking links and appointment types are reserved for active Hearth & Sol members.

Appointments booked through member-only links without an active membership may not be honored and may need to be rebooked through the standard booking page.

Memberships are for individual use only and may not be shared unless otherwise approved by Hearth & Sol Sauna Co.

Mobile Experience Availability

Mobile Experience availability may vary by date and location. Guests are responsible for reviewing their appointment location before arriving.

Health & Safety

All guests are responsible for reviewing and completing required intake forms, waivers, and client agreements before their first session.

Hearth & Sol Sauna Co. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Guests should consult a healthcare professional before sauna use if pregnant, under medical care, taking medications, managing a health condition, or unsure whether sauna use is appropriate.

Guests are responsible for listening to their body, communicating any discomfort, and ending a session early if needed.

Policy Updates

Hearth & Sol Sauna Co. may update these terms as needed. Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless otherwise required.
